About This Course
Participants will explore roles and responsibilities in the agile project lifecycle, using tools and products to maximize success. Techniques for capturing requirements and creating effective user stories, essential for project planning and execution, will be demonstrated.
The course will introduce a robust and scalable Agile methodology (DSDM Atern®), compatible with established project management frameworks such as SCRUM, PRINCE2®, PMBOK® Guide and ISO 21500.
It will be a unique opportunity to develop skills that will allow you to successfully manage projects in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Course Syllabus
The 3-day course can be divided into three 8-hour daily sessions or six 4-hour daily sessions. Sessions can be delivered either in a physical classroom or via interactive remote connection in Live Virtual Classroom mode.
AGENDA:
– Introduction to AgilePM
– Philosophy and principles of AgilePM
– Roles and responsibilities in an Agile project
– Agile project life cycle
– Agile techniques: MoSCoW, iterative development, timeboxing
– Governance and control in AgilePM
– Requirements management in AgilePM
– Testing, estimation, and progress measurement.
In addition to the technical concepts and numerous practical exercises, a mock exam will be conducted.
At the end of the course, the exam session will be held to obtain the APMG AGILE PM Practitioner certification.
