AICQ-SICEV recognized course , aimed at providing knowledge relating to auditing methodologies and techniques, on the basis of which first-party, second-party and third-party audits can be performed.

The course includes an in-depth study of the following topics, complemented by case study exercises:
- National and European accreditation and certification systems and related regulations;
- Types of audits;
- The ISO 19011 standard;
- Regulatory references: 1) Terms and definitions; 2) Principles of auditing; 3) Management of an audit program; 4) Audit activities; 5) Auditor competence and evaluation;
- Sampling principles;
- Identifying critical factors;
- Nonconformities: correction and corrective actions;
- Code of ethics for certified auditors (AICQ-SIEV);
- Overview of the AICQ-SICEV certification schemes for EMS, QMS, SGS, and ISMS auditors.

All You Need to Know
Aspiring auditors and lead auditors of quality, environmental, safety, and security management systems.
High school diploma or higher education qualification.
Participants who successfully complete the required tests will receive a certificate of completion (AICQ-SICEV recognized), which is valid for admission to the auditor/lead auditor courses for quality management systems, environmental management systems, safety management systems, security management systems, and energy management systems.
Participants who fail the exam will be issued a certificate of participation, with the option to retake the exam only once within 12 months.
Participants are not permitted to miss more than 5% of the scheduled time for the entire course.
Discounted fees are available for AIEA members (ISACA Milan Chapter), or ISACA in general.
