About This Course
Design Thinking is an innovative problem-solving approach born from the need to provide an analytical method to the creative process, even in complex contexts . It can be applied to all types of problems, whether strategic, organizational, or developing new products and services: it can help companies solve internal organizational issues, support the design and launch of a startup, and streamline production and distribution processes.
When used in combination with Agile methodologies, it represents the perfect complement: DT for thinking about solutions and solving situations and problems, and AGILE for implementing and implementing the defined solutions.
The unique feature of the course is that it allows participants to experience firsthand the potential of applying the method through a comprehensive and interactive simulation of the various phases.
The course concludes with the APMG international DT Method certification exam.
