ISO 22301 is the first global standard specifically addressing business continuity management issues . The standard proposes a process-based approach to business continuity management within a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) improvement cycle . This approach allows organizations to systematically and controlledly implement management processes for improvement. Related guidelines ISO/IEC 27031 and ISO/IEC 24762 will also be analyzed .

All You Need to Know
The ISO 22301 Lead Auditor course is aimed at professionals who wish to develop the necessary skills to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). It is specifically designed for anyone wishing to learn how to perform both internal and external audits based on the ISO 22301 standard.
High school diploma or equivalent.
To attend only the 3-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), it is necessary to have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification in the last 3 years (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.).
Otherwise, it is mandatory to also attend the 2-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).
At the end of the training, a half-day will be dedicated to specific exam preparation with simulations and in-depth discussions on the topics covered in the course.
Discounted fees are available for AIEA members (ISACA Milan Chapter) or ISACA members in general.
To attend only the three-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), you must have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.) in the last three years.
Otherwise, you must also attend the two-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).
