About This Course
Training course for Auditors / Lead Auditors of Integrated Systems, qualified by AICQ SICEV, to become Auditors and Lead Auditors of Integrated Management Systems based on:
– ISO 22301:2019 – Business Continuity Management Systems
– UNI CEI ISO IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management Systems
– UNI CEI ISO IEC 20000-1: 2018 – IT Service Management Systems
– ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems (available upon request)
– Auditing techniques and practical examples based on ISO/IEC 17021:2015 and UNI EN ISO 19011:2018.
This exclusive course allows qualification for up to 4 schemes (standards) simultaneously.
The proposed course is structured in modules, delivered in sessions of two or three consecutive days, a formulation designed for professionals and employees that ensures maximum effectiveness with a sustainable commitment.
Each module concludes with an exam on the specific standard, according to the AICQ-SICEV qualification requirements.
Course Syllabus
Students will study the Standard through official materials, engaging in individual and group exercises. Correlations with related standards will be explained, along with case studies and best practices for their implementation.

Quality (in the 4 Standards package)
Each standard module lasts 3 consecutive days, including a final exam.
The Integrated Audit Techniques module lasts 2 consecutive days, including numerous examples and practical cases and a final exam.
Students have the opportunity to carry out, through exercises and specific teaching materials, an entire audit and thus experience first-hand the actual skills acquired during the course (Programming and Planning, Field Management, Reporting, Audit Team Skills).

IT Auditors, Professionals and Managers who deal with or aspire to deal with IT Audit, Information Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and who intend to obtain a multiple certification as Auditor/Lead Auditor of the indicated ISO standards, officially recognized by AICQ-SICEV
Previous experience in the topics covered in the course and in internal audits is preferable, but not mandatory.
