About This Course
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), the latest version of which is v4 2019, is a model for managing IT service processes and quality (IT service Management), according to guidelines derived from international best practices, which also inspired the official ISO20000-1 standard. The following courses allow you to delve deeper into ITIL and earn official certifications for the skills acquired, internationally accredited by PeopleCert Group.
After the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, candidates can choose between three pathways
: ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP)
, ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL), and
ITIL Practice Manager (ITIL PM) .
The final designation, ITIL Master, will be awarded to candidates who earn the Practice Manager (PM), Managing Professionals (MP), and Strategic Leader (SL) certifications.

The ITIL® 4 Foundation course is aimed at: IT Professionals, Consultants, Managers and Auditors, such as CIOs, CTOs, IT/IS Managers, IT Consultants, Business Managers, Service Test Managers, ITSM Team Leaders, Designers, Planners and Trainers, and in general anyone who is already working or is about to enter, an IT Service Management environment or connected to ServiceNow.
ITIL® 4 Foundation requires a basic knowledge of Service Management and English for those who prefer the course with the materials in English.
To take the exam, you must have a PC with administrator privileges and no UDP and TCP ports blocked by security systems.

– ITIL Foundation Training Manual containing all the concepts presented,
– Course notes,
– A glossary,
– Official exam simulations.
The course includes the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam, with an official certificate issued by PeopleCert. It is valid for both those without a previous ITILv3 certification and those who have already achieved the ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
