About This Course
The UNI/PdR 125 course is designed for those who wish to understand and apply the gender equality management system. During the course, participants will learn how to use the UNI/PdR 125 practice to structure and implement inclusion and gender equality policies in organizations.
The course will provide a comprehensive overview of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and essential requirements of the gender equality management system, ensuring a consistent and coherent approach. Roles and responsibilities in the context of gender equality will be explored, using tools and methodologies to maximize the effectiveness of inclusion policies. The 4-day course consists of the sum of Module 1 (2 DAYS – ISO19011 and ISO17021 Auditing techniques) and Module 2 (2 DAYS – UNI/PdR125:2022 standard + final exam), which can be selected from the dates available on the calendar, or in eLearning mode where available.

All You Need to Know
This course is aimed at auditors, aspiring auditors, and lead auditors, as well as human resources managers, managers, business consultants, and anyone involved in managing inclusion and gender equality policies in organizations.
– High school diploma or higher education qualification.
– If you have already obtained a previous A/LA certification in another ISO standard, recognized by AICQ-SICEV or another equivalent training body, you may only participate in Module 2. Otherwise, you must attend both Modules for a total of 4 days.
