About This Course
The course aims to develop the knowledge necessary to conduct audits of IT Service Management Systems, in reference to the requirements of the international standards ISO/IEC 20000 and IS0 19011.

The course uses a combination of theoretical lectures, practical exercises and role-plays covering: Overview of the requirements of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard; Process approach and PDCA cycle; Benefits of a management system compliant with ISO/IEC 20000; Terminology and types of; Planning and execution of audits; Audit process according to the ISO 19011 standard; Preparation of the audit, documentation and conduct of the initial meeting; Collection of evidence and audit techniques; Conducting interviews; Preparation of final findings and report; Management of the final meeting and required actions;

All You Need to Know
Aspiring auditors and lead auditors of IT service management systems, IT managers and specialists, IT service personnel, consultants.
Participation requires knowledge of the IT sector and basic skills in related processes.
At the end of the training, a half-day will be dedicated to specific exam preparation with simulations and in-depth discussions on the topics covered in the course.
Discounted fees are available for AIEA members (ISACA Milan Chapter) or ISACA members in general.
To attend only the three-day ISO22301 course (Module 2), you must have obtained at least one other ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO20000-1, etc.) in the last three years.
Otherwise, you must also attend the two-day ISO19011 – Auditing Techniques course (Module 1).
